Call management system MyOperator has signed an agreement with Fabindia to enhance its customer care service for its e-commerce website.
Furthering the agreement, it will be using MyOperator’s toll free number as its first point of contact for all Fabindia customers. Fabindia foresees this association as an up gradation of its services thereby directly impacting its sales and customer relations.
